Thank you i have turkish yogurt (assuming its pretty similar) at home and all i ever do with it is either i toss some spices in it or garlic and ketchup to make some sauce for chicken. I will definitly try some of these out.

Well i acctually burn more when i vacuum my 2 room appartment then when i sit on my stationary bike for 30 minutes. I also like to clean of surfaces (windows, tables, mirrors) quickly and with big movements. That definitly can get my heart going. Good Luck with your weight loss!

You can certainlylook back and try to regain that motivation that you had that first day but in my experience that is quite hard to do and can take some time. What i do, until i gain the motivation back, is to "just survive". Dont push yourself too hard, try to find a middle ground, an acceptable level. Maby you dont want…
