  • Ladies, I don't know if I can do it today. My thighs are so sore. It's an effort to sit down and get up because of the pain in them. I don't know if I should push through it, or do some other exercises, but focus more on abs and upper body. Ugh.
  • I need all the motivation I can get. Anyone feel free to add me. I am 262 right now. :( and my goal for now is to get to 180. I lost 40 pounds after I had my son 5 months ago, then gained 20lbs back. I NEED to do this.
  • I did day 2 today. :) Man, yesterday sure was tough. My thighs are still screaming. But I pushed through it today and I am hoping to continue to do it. Anyone that wants to add me, feel free. :) I need all the motivation I can get. I feel great today though. I didn't stop as many times to catch my breath. haha
