I am in the states, but work graves. The only reason I work graves is because day care is way too expensive!!!! (I'm just very sleep deprived now though)

My tuesday was much better than Monday. Monday total was 516. I did Insanity and Yoga Tuesday's total was 771 and that was Insanity and running. That makes my totals so far 1287. When I get home from work here in a bit, I will be doing Insanity, and then later in the day, i'll probably go for another little run!

Oh, and milk type products, like a glass of fat free milk, or some plain fat free yogurt.

I know that a Baked Potato actually end up having more potassium per serving than bananas. Raisins are a really good source of potassium too. Along with apricots, cantaloupe, spinach, lima beans, prunes/ prune juice and tomato sauces. Those are all pretty high in potassium.

Eat super late. If you skip dinner and than go to bed and don't eat untill breakfast, your body starts fasting and your metabolism will start slowing down. My husband ends up working late and missing dinner with us because of meetings and such a couple times a month, so I make sure to pack him some fruit and a sandwich…

I couldn't agree more! My home or neighborhood is my gym because my time is very limited! I always get my yoga or pilates routines from youtube though! I love them!

Well, I got in 516 calories burned today doing insanity and some yoga. Tomorrow will be a bigger burn though because I am adding on a 2.5 mile run in the afternoon. I couldn't do my run tonight because my hubby worked late and I had no sitter! So I should be able to catch up to where I need to be I think by tomorrow!

I was wondering the same thing! I didn't lose much though last week :grumble: I started adding in some strength training to my cardio and I found that I was ALWAYS HUNGRY!!! It'll take my body a bit to get used to this and then it will start losing (hopefully) I also know that my body loves to retain water How was everyone…

I always seem to have an incredibly sore back after doing dead lifts. I focus on keeping my back in good form, but still pain. I am going to keep the" thrust your hips forward" in mind and try again. This looks like a great workout to add to my lifting days, hopefully I can get it right this time! Thanks

I decided to give up my gym membership and start on beachbody products after my youngest was born 4 years ago. During that 4 years I have done, Turbo Jam, Insanity, Chalean Extreme, Hip Hop Abs, and Brazil Butt Lift. I love them ALL! My favorites are probably Insanity or Chalean Extreme.
