Thanks for the advice! It definitely has me a little worried. I'm on a pretty low dosage and use it for anxiety, but may just talk to the doc about either switching or getting off it all together. I mainly wanted to get on it to see if it helped me at all.

hulu.com has lots of different yoga and pilates ones. That's where I get all my yoga from. I wouldn't doubt if they had other workouts too. I've never looked them up to see.

I am!!! AGAIN! Basically I work a lot and half the time, it's slow so I'm bored. I'm always hanging out on MFP or doing Yoga to give myself something to do. I'd probably be on FB too but my work has blocked it. I keep praying that they don't block this site too :grumble: Seriously! I don't know what I would do with myself…

Me too! not only do I do this to see the content of it, but also for when I look back in my diary to see what was eaten during certain days.

Well, I'm here... and super bored. I'm going through and commenting on everything I could possible comment on because it's another slow night... I'm half tempted to go wake up a patient or two and just chat with them. It's always hilarious to talk to ones that are super drugged up lol... We have some fun conversations!!

I invited my husband's best friend and his girlfriend to come over to our house a couple weeks ago... well this girl was a b****!!!! I think if you're staying active the entire time, than to make sure to eat more calories and just make sure you never feel hungry. I am almost done with week 4 and am loving it!!! I have only missed 2 days so far and felt guilty when I had to miss those two days!!! I have lost about 5 pounds, but have lost 2 inches in my abs, 1.5 in my hips and 1 in my butt!!! I am feeling so much stronger now than the first week! i LOVE IT!
