well, it is in May, so we are going to do it next May, no way would I be ready this May. You bike for 36 miles, canoe for 6 miles, and then backpack hike for 8 miles, with 20% of your body weight in your backpack. You can do it as a team, so you could get Nate to do it with you.... :)

Have you tried Craigs list (with PICS)? Pics are soooo important, but I sold my old car on Craig's list with pics in 1 day. If people can see how nice something is, they tend to be more motivated to buy. I would try that, or my brother in law has sold stuff on Ebay.

You select Exercise, Exercise Diary, Cardiovascular then select Add Exercise. From there you can search for whatever exercise you want to add, two that I have found are Running and Elliptical, but cycling is on there as well. There is a search engine where you can search their database of exercises for what you are looking…

Another plus I like about making your own salad dressing is that you can get an accurate measurement of the amount of oil going on. I am a vinegar girl anyway, so I can usually do about 1 tsp oil for 3 to 4 teaspoons of vinegar. Probably saves some calories and I just think it is tastier :)

I like honeycrisp apples, bananas, cucumbers and hummus (watch what kind you get as some have HIGH calorie content, but the plain kind that they sell at monnettes on glendale is only 37 calories an ounce, which is 2 tablespoons, and it is delish), string cheese. I am a snacker, so I just pack all of my snacks for the day…

I don't have one, and I don't know if any of the Turbo people on here do, but I wonder if Terri might know of some good one, or maybe her interns would know of one to recommend, since they are studying this stuff... :)
