I started out at 248lbs and my calorie goals are 1290

great job! walking is my exercise of choice also right now thats all I can do but I do believe it works

I couldn't do hours of ab exercise if I tried lol I have been doing other exercises but would like to work on my belly also

My daily goal is a little over 1200 and I'm trying to spread it out over 4 meals and snacks so that I don't get hungry during thru out the day
