Hi Shana as for me, I'm not a big fan of IF though I do it at times. I prefer to eat more vegetables and fruits and alot of H2O. I would definitely get a 2nd opinion. Also have you tried other homeopathic remedies? There are alot of various remedies and techniques that can help stabilize your diagnosis if Bipolar.

I drink alot of water and have a Cliff Bar fir breakfast and Smoothies normally for lunch. Now for dinner I will try and eat a sensible full meal which consists of rice, salad and possibly a Morning Star or Gardenia plant based meat. You can do this! I was in a similar situation and I took baby steps by cganging my food intake. I then started with light stretching, walking and swimming. I constantly will listen to my body. Today for example, I'm changing up my routine and shocking my body with a variety of exercises. Good luck on your journey.

I totally understa d, the struggle is real. I lost significant weight and have been working on definition and toning. It's been challenging but the goal is attainable.

Alot of us plateau and thats when we need to start looking closer at our exercise routines and food intakes. I'm currently in that same situation however, I've started to make a few changes to my exercise and food intake and so far it seems to be working. We must remember not to give up on ourselves. You got this!

Hi I'm always looking for more MFP family for motivation. I usually in the past have had a small number of people because I've noticed that after awhile alot folks stop to utilize MFP or stop responding. I for myself am a loyal active daily member of MFP.
