  • OMG!!! I was given some pants in December for Christmas, and they were too small in the waist. I wore them to work yesterday!!! I have to thank bellydancing and pilates, especially bellydancing. I've been doing my bellydancing tape for the past three weeks, and I am noticing a change in my waist. YAY ME!!!

  • Welcome to MFP. Regarding the ticker, go to the Tools tab, make sure that's the ticker you want to use, then copy the code for message boards. Next, go to Settings under the My Home tab.   • Losing weight should be taken seriously, but not too seriously. Make sure that you workout and eat right. The last thing you should do is starve yourself in order to lose weight. Have fun with your workouts; I sometimes do bellydance, and it's a great workout. Good luck on your journey.
