My Zumba teacher also teaches Bokwa, and she says it's more intense than Zumba. I've looked at a few videos and it looks awesome! I might try checking out a DVD of it before going to a class, because I know it will take me weeks to catch on to it, it looks fast!

Small nonfat plain latte! :-) They're great as a snack or an addition to a light breakfast because they fill you up a bit more than coffee too! I get so bummed when I drink my calories, so I weaned myself off sugary drinks.

One thing I forgot about! Two graham cracker squares & a scoop of cool whip, make a sandwich and stick in the freezer. An awesome addition is to spread some chocolate or some nutella on the cracker before making the sandwich. These are so delicious and satisfying!

I have one and I love it! I've only been on it for about two weeks, but it really keeps me loyal to tracking my food everyday and going to the gym, I love seeing actual stats of my food and workouts. I think it's a great motivator, I hope the motivation lasts!

I get sick of eggs pretty easily, but I find that putting some spices or herbs like basil really help!
