The difference between Zumba and Bokwa???

Hi guys!!

Does anyone know what the difference is? Iv googled it but every video is different obv due to different instructors.

Iv been going to zumba 2-3 times a week and LOVE it! Want to try Bokwa now aswell but only if its as high impact as Zumba.......

Would love to hear from other people who have tried it.....

    I've only heard of it once--- I checked out the website and it seems a little different from Zumba. Unfortunately there aren't any live classes in my area which would be nice to try out. I don't think I'm going to buy the DVD. But it seems interesting nonetheless!

    My Zumba teacher also teaches Bokwa, and she says it's more intense than Zumba. I've looked at a few videos and it looks awesome! I might try checking out a DVD of it before going to a class, because I know it will take me weeks to catch on to it, it looks fast!

    Bokwa is similar to zumba but it is faster & u dance in the shape of letters & #. I had a preview yesterday & he did I or 1 & c, It was awesome, next week I am going to do a free bokwa class at 1 pm. Can't wait!
