I need to see it written down. It actually stops me eating rubbish when I have to write it down. My son had a wonderful word when at school called the "smuggers ". Okay not hugely overweight . BMI of 25 so just on the border. Real problem was my Blood Pressure. 160/98 And rising. Very stressful job.
