THANK YOU EVERYONE! I am overwhelmed by the responses of support. I went through all of your diaries/profiles to see if we have a similar eating style/lifestyle and if so I've added you. I think I have more than enough friends and Diaries to look to now for inspiration :) Thanks again!

I'm short - only 5'1" which is why MFP suggests 1200 cals/day for me. I put that I want to lose up to 2 lbs per week which is probably another reason why. I used to do Weight Watchers back in the day and 1200 calories was about right for my height/weight combination.

Since I started tracking, I've also noticed that sometimes after breakfast I'm at my maximum sugar intake and all I've had is a glass of chocolate milk, a banana, and toast! It was a wake up call cause usually I'd grab a muffin or donut for breakfast so I can only imagine how bad my sugar intake was before. I think fruit…
