I feel and look bloated if i eat more than 1000 cals a day which is ridiculous :(

I am 5ft, used to be around 100lb and fairly active, and could happily thrive on 1000 calories a day max. Now I am less active whilst eating 1000-1200lbs i cant get drop current extra 20lbs or so, I do wonder if i should be eating less than 1000! Considering i could thrive and be healthy/fully of energy on 1000cals…
