I would get a small one. Otherwise you have to put it on every time and have a step stool. The goal is to make it easy and convenient for him to want to go potty.

Ok. So I know this sounds weird. But I have two boys that I have potty trained and the easiest/most effective thing I did was let them run around naked outside and let them pee on our tree. Bigger target, less mess. Also, I waited until they were ready.

Melon! Any kind. Cantalope fills me up the most. I usually eat this when I am feeling snackish or am waiting for my meal to cook.

I would say to precook all of your meat on the weekend then toss it into whatever you want to eat. Chicken breasts can be stir fried with rice, shredded for tacos/burritos/quesadillas, chopped for salad...... ground beef can be heated in sauce for pasta, made into tacos, whatever...... we really like those zatarans…

I have 7 and 5 year olds and one on the way. I cannot recommend highly enough joining your local ymca. I tried for ever to do it from home and I just never had the ability. The y keeps them busy and me motivated!

Just found out I am pregnant, too. I feel you on the exhaustion. I keep seeing these pregnant ladie sat the gym and all I can think is,"I should be able to do that", but have no energy.

We have a ginormous outlet mall near here, but the lady stuff isn't very fun. I WISH I had the $$ to buy those others! I'll check out Ross. I always forget about them.

I have pizza every friday. I plan for it and save up my calories so I can eat a couple of slices. If you make it at home, you can make it super healthy and lo-cal. I have agood crust recipe, if you want it.

Toss a few chicken breasts in the cooker. Add a packet of taco seasoning. Cook. Shred. I like to use this on taco salad, on a tostada with black beans and l.f. cheese, or on a baked potato.

Popcorn! I make a big batch and my whole family eats it. And apples..... they satisfy my need for crunch

Slice of whole grain toast (cut in half), heat and serve turkey breakfast sausage, half a slice of cheese. Takes about two minutes to put it together.
