Steaming them would be better, that way you dont lose any nutrients. But if boiling is the only way you can tolerate the taste then any if better than none at all.

What most people who take Alli don't realize but is on the packaging for Alli is that you're not supposed to eat foods high in fat while on it. If you eat low-fat foods and take it you wont have the stomach problems most people go on and on about.

I have never been able to wake up with enough time to exercise and shower then get to work without being late. I can see how it may be genetic for others but for me, I am the only fat one. My parents were not and are not fat now. They were very athletic in their youth. I on the other hand became overweight at about age 10 and have been that way every since. I wish I couldve inherited the athletic gene from them.

Honestly it doesnt sound that bad. Salty and sweet mixed together can have an amazingly good taste. Someone mentioned Frostys from Wendys with Bacon, when I was younger we use to just order a big Frosty and Large fries and dip the fries into the Frosty. It's very yummy. But oh so bad for you.

It would seem more reasonable to just incorporate the vegetable/fruit juicing into a normal diet rather than cutting out regular food entirely. I think you'll find if you do go back on plan the day after binging that it doesnt have that much of a negative effect on the diet. It's binging every day that makes the diet worthless. One day out of 30? 20? even 10, isnt going to effect you much as long as those other 9 days you're on plan.
