Yeah, that was when I finally got under 300, around 298lbs. Being "too skinny" is never going to be an issue because I'm not even trying for skinny, I'm trying for walking to the mailbox without being winded.

I've not read the other responses but it sounds like you are burning much more than you should versus what you are consuming. You can exercise too much and if you aren't fueling that extra calorie burn it will leave you sluggish.

I sure hope so, 2019 has taken more out of me than it's given and the concept of making it through another one like 2019 is impossible to grasp. It has to be better...

Throwing the weights, in a small gym like they are on Venice Beach. I've just left before when I spot one of the guys I know does this. He and his buddy have ruined the floor and yet still has a membership.

You need to incorporate an all body exercise, like running, elliptical, aerobics or like. Then once your heart rate is up work on that trouble area. You can google specific ab exercises for top, middle, and bottom. You will want to work all three, then have a slow cool down with something like walking.

It depends, if I've accidentally went over at breakfast or lunch then I have to eat back the exercise calories or I don't get to eat dinner. If I get to dinner and I've run out of calories, I will exercise more to gain some. Either way it balances out.

The only thing I think that has helped me is to just not buy those bad things to begin with. My mind is very comfortable with the "out of sight out of mind" thing. It seems to work for me.

I've seen parents that do that even now and it baffles me. We were lucky to get the one meal, no way were we ever going to get multiples because of being fussy. Honestly I am a better adult because of that, I truly believe that giving children everything they want whenever is wrong.

Not so much with the horrible food. Like it's fine for me to down a whole pizza and a two liter coke on my own, because that's just what people "my size" do. But I try to eat healthy and it's some kind of crazy thing to do because I'm too far gone or something for it to even matter.

I've posted this before but it's worth mentioning again. I had gotten some new glasses and asked if they noticed anything new. They said "I dunno, you don't have a big plate of food in your face?" The "progress photo" option is the only option you have. Few have the option to upload from their phone straight into the news feed. I have previously contacted MFP about this several times. It's terribly inconvenient but all they are offering for the majority of us.

I've always assumed per crouton with those because of the size and the fact they are soaked in fat before cooking. But if you crush them up and sprinkle them on it helps them go a long way and adds flavor to the salad.
