If you train harder than you normally are used too then yes it's fine. But after a while of training that hard it's not fine because you should be used to it.

I think they would probably take into account if a child has a medical condition that makes them be loud. Other than that I'm all for it and wish more places would do it. Maybe it would encourage more parents to actually care about how their offspring is affecting other peoples dining experience.

When it snows here it's never really that much and most of the time we don't get the pretty snow we just get the yucky ice. But it's been springtime weather this week. Today though, High of 46 low of 28. Rainy and dreary.

If I can't find what I'm looking for in the db I usually just build it with everything that's on it, then write down the amounts and add it to my recipe section filling in the combined amounts as one.

Every chinese take away menu I seen has a 'lighter' section where it's either just steamed or no sauce but it significantly healthier than everything else on the menu.

When I was at my most fit I would regularly burn 500 or more every day. Between walks and stair climbing at lunch time and breaks during work hours plus my evening workout I'd do when I got home I'm sure I was burning much more than that.

Yes, a little over ten years ago I went from about 220 to 120 my goal weight. Ate smaller portions cut out soda and fried foods, exercised like a mad woman and made goal. The presentation took WAY too long and from what I remember didnt tell you anything. I did tune out a few minutes into it though. People should learn if you're pimpin out a product just get to the point. They didnt so they lost me.

I know most say you have to swing your arms when it's on the bra to make sure it records the steps. Though I never really have much trouble with it recording my steps and most of the time I have my hands in my sweater pocket. I think 5 minutes is really good considering you're not an active runner. Plus you have asthma, so double good. I use singulair before exercising, it helps ALOT. When I get back to exercising I doubt I'll be able to do 5 minutes either.
