Love p90x, have heard great things about Insanity. this is what I've heard: P90X=strength and cardio Insanity=endurance and cardio P90X=more muscle to burn more cals during day Insanity=ability to workout longer=more cals burned in workout. Join FB group.... lots of peeps there use both and can tell you more.

5'7" Starting weight of 180 goal of 140ish or comfortable size 5. I have a BIG butt. I currently wear a medium (and sometimes small) shirts, my waist is 33-34 inches, but I have to wear a size 8-10 pant for them to fit my butt and thighs :blushing:

You can do knee raises (while holding yourself up on a dip station). Edge of the chair/couch/bed leg pull ins. Various leg lifts (for the lower ABS) And plank poses (there are many variations) for extended holds.... Good luck
