Awesome job my friend! You look wonderful!

I have had Hypothyroidism since I was 11. I have always struggled with my weight. Takes lots and lots of focus on what I eat and exercise (I choose to walk - lots of walking!). I am getting close to my goal and fear that eating over 1500-1600 calories will cause a gain. I am taking it day by day. Add me if you would like.

I like cottage cheese as well and depend greatly on it for my protein. I also put it in my scrambled eggs which makes them cheesy and also put into my fruit smoothies for extra protein. i can't tell it is in there and I have done the same to my son's and if he can't tell then i don't think anyone can!

i agree with this. Fitbit is a over rated pedometer. I do like it and wear it daily but it does what a pedometer does. Also what others are saying on quality is true. Mine broke day one. They replaced it but I wonder how long this one will last. I will get an HRM when I can afford one.

So agree! Life is too short to eat stuff you don't like and success is unlikely if you are trying to eat foods you do not enjoy. With that said, I too like it. I mix it in with my eggs and scramble them. Makes them light, fluffy and a bit cheesy. No cottage cheese taste at all. Low cal high protein breakfast.

Trying to increase my protein. I do an egg with about 1/4 cup cottage cheese. Makes them real creamy and a little cheesy. Added some Wholly Guac Salsa and for 133 calories got 14 grams protein. When hungry I add another egg white and a Morning Star Sausage Patty crumbled up and it is real filling and yummy. Another new one…

I did Bob Harper's Kettlebell DVD on Friday and was in total pain until today. Still some soreness but much better. The second day is usually worse. I am interested what others say as I did do some walking but not as much or as fast as I usual. When do you get back on the horse when you are in so much pain?

Just got my Fitbit. Need fiends as well. Need to know how to add on Fitbit site. My Fitbit and MFP name is the same.

I love walking and it is what I can stick with. I try to walk 4-5 miles a day 6-7 days a week. I can only do this because I enjoy it - that is outside walking. Put me on a treadmill and I think 5 minutes feel like an hour! I have lost 39 pounds since February walking and eating 1200-1500 calories a day. I am trying to find…

Thanks for posting! You look fantastic!

Very interesting! I am interested in the cost as well. I too have hypothyroidism.

I just got mine yesterday so today is my first day with it. I do not have the premium. It tracks all activity including sleep. It shows every time I got up last night and how long it took to fall asleep! Kind of interesting. Did my usual walk today and it was right on with my pedometer but calories were slightly higher on…

For me adding fruit and Splenda works as well. But, if you don't like why eat it? There are too many other foods to eat to force yourself to eat something you don't enjoy. If you eat foods you don't enjoy I don't think you can stick with it. Just my opinion.

Wow! Great job and what an inspiration!

I have had hypothyroidism since I was 11 years old. I had recently had some personal issues and gained at least 35-40 pounds back. Since I have been regulated so long on synthyroid as long as I watch calories and move my butt I can lose. I have lost 38 pounds since February by sticking to 1200-1400 calories a day and was…
