Love my Fitbit. Have been using it for 3 years now and will continue to do so. It keeps me aware of if I am moving or not. If price is an issue a pedometer works or my iPhone can keep track if steps.

Really depends on what you want it for. I got a FItbit this past summer and love it. My major exercise is walking so it worked well as well as adding up all my steps through out the day. Small ice cream shop here in town has Chocolate Flake Fromage. It's cheesecake ice cream with chocolate flakes. So yummy! But I think ice cream should have it's own food group!

The samples certainly can add up to a meal some days! I can leave full! I log it. Several people already have it listed in the database. Just do a search on Costco and it will come up and you can adjust to fit how much calories you think it was. Up to 100 calories per station is possible!
