  • okay you guys soo i did the 6week six pack right after the 30ds lv1 one and i feel it my buttt really hurts:( lol but thats a good thing. my arms and legs are sore too!!
  • i wouldnt say that im in "good" shape lol but i have worked out an loss weight in the pass so maybe it could be muscle memory? but i use only 2lb weights because i have never worked out using weights before i didnt want to over do it

  • i dont do the modified version of it i keep up with her except for the pushups lol thanks for the advice though, maybe ill skip to level 2 tomorrow an see if that changes things :)
  • thanks for the tips. with me being a college student its going to be hard to stay away from processed foods such as smart ones.... im always on the go an by the time i get home from school or work i just want something fast (No more of moms homecooked mealls:(... ) but i will try to start eating "clean" wish me luck!!!
