I'm not familiar with this particular elimination diet. Are you able to eat beans? They can be quite filling. Are fats permitted? Perhaps adding avocado, nuts or seeds to your meals will make them more satisfying. Best of luck to you.

The chicken, spinach and risotto ARE included in the nutrition info :) Enjoy!

Some stores have them in bags by hot cereals or grains/flour or near the protein powder/supplements.

Your smoothie sounds tasty. Adding a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds or chia seeds will help keep you full longer. I also put nuts and seeds in mine. I usually have it as a meal, or have it as dessert after a mini meal.

Random or measured amounts? [/quote] I usually use 25g kale, 75g romaine, 100g spinach, 100g bok choy, 100g blueberry, 100g banana, 25g cranberry and 75g apple, 20g sunflower seeds, 10g chia seeds, 10g flax seeds, and 10g hemp seeds and about 2 cups of water and a splash of lemon. Are the beets raw or cooked?

OMG, that looks awesome! I'm currently drinking a fruit/greens/seeds combo. 300g of mixed spinach, kale, romaine and baby bokchoy, 300g blueberry/banana/cranberry/apple and 50g mixed seeds. Keeps me full for hours :)

^This I started going to the gym @230lbs. I was easily one of the largest women there. I kept going even though I felt embarrassed and awkward. I was surprised and flattered by several kind people who complimented my effort, improved appearance and improved fitness. So go work it out, and be sure and compliment those you…

They remind me of rice noodles, so I like them best in Asian dishes like sukiyaki, phad Thai, and pho.

It is listed in the mfp cardio section as "shoveling snow". It burns more calories than you might think.

Hats off to the both of you for your recovery! I read a really interesting book about a young brain scientist that had a stroke. It's called "My Stroke of Insight". There is also a website of resources by the same name. You may find it helpful. Keep up the good work!:flowerforyou:

Congrats! Keep that positive momentum going :drinker:

I use Organic Valley soy creamer at home. It has just a hint of vanilla and sweetness. When I'm out, it's 1/2 and 1/2. Agree with Ladyluna-cardamom is tasty in coffee especially with a little honey.

Congrats on your success! :drinker: I'm looking to lose the amount you have already lost. Friend request sent.
