That's pretty awesome! I think NSVs almost give me more happiness than any of the numbers could. You just start to feel so much better about yourself when you realize how much you have done and how much you've changed!

I loveeeee ice cream. I don't even feel bad when I eat one of the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches or frozen yogurt, much easier to fit into my calorie count! :)

i'm doing something similar, my biggest snacking challenge is at work. i am going to swear off donuts/donut holes til the end of the month, and hope by then i don't even have a craving for one. it's just so hard to resist snacking on them while i make them sometimes. D: stupid donuts!

It's strange how much energy and motivation exercising gives us. I always feel great after I do something, even if I am disdainful of doing it in the first place. :) And as long as we stick with it, it's okay to slip up sometimes. But I am most certainly not going to let go of the hard work I've started!

When I do end up losing all the weight I want to lose, I will probably ALWAYS weigh more than my man. But, he is very thin naturally, and that's okay with me. The hardest part of my day is getting out of bed when it's dark and cold!
