You might not be interested, since my containers don't have compartments, but I love Pyrex. I buy the round ones that have a plastic lid for the top that seals. That way I can put leftovers in the microwave, and not worry about the plastic. I also find they are easier to wash.

Please see a physican before starting with the use of laxatives; a physican can recomend what type of laxative, how much and the frequency of use. Also a physican can determine if you just need bulking from fiber, or if you actually need a stool softner.

I find outside to be much harder, just because of the difference in incline even on a "flat run". I also live in a semi rural area, and have no trouble running outside without a sidewalk, I just make sure I am highly visable (sometimes I have to move off the road for approaching vechicles).

In the past I lost about 50 pounds, and my feet went from normal width, to narrow, and I dropped half a shoe size. I totally understand the width of my feet shrinking, but I was shocked that my shoe size actually changed.
