• I have PCOS as well, been trying to lose weight for about 3 or 4 years now. It is so much easier to just give up and put the weight on easy... although that is what I am trying not to do. I have lost weight in the past, although that took drastic changes and sometimes unhealthy ones. It is possible, but it has to be…
• I'm quite out of shape which is why I am considering the Lean version. Every time I try Classic I end up failing miserably. Weights is no fear for me at all lol. Just plan on doing Lean to get fit then move up to Classic and who knows maybe Doubles or P90X2

• I am interested in starting out. This first week should be somewhat simple for me to do, however the second week I start summer classes but I'm sure finding 20 minutes shouldn't be that much of an issue :P I have had it for months just only got around to watching it, never doing it.
•
Only Cigs kill you and you can die an early slow and painful death .... ! It was a pretty simple way to look at it from my point of view. I didnt want to die early.
Obviously you have never smoked or enjoyed smoking. Smokers know the risks they know the death they will have... We are well aware and still…
• Instead of quitting I switched to ecigs. I can quit for a few months then I just pick it back up again for some odd reason. The ecigs come in different nicotine levels so that you can start with the strong to make the switch and still get your fix. Then as you choose you can lower the nicotine levels till you are at no…
• Nice to see there are others out there like me. Not that its a good thing... but at least I know I'm not alone in this feeling.
• I don't really spend enough time actually filling out my diary or my workout... lol or working out for that matter. There are days where I get bored and there is no one to text so I just go to the MFP tab that's always open. For the most part though I don't stick to it :/ Being that I am a gamer though a lot of those Woot!…
• I have that 30 day shred thing but how often are you supposed to do it? Also noticed there are different levels on it. How long do you spend on each level?
• Wow... 10-15? I find it hard to just drink 2 glasses, also trying to cut out the sodas which is working great but just cant bump up my water consumption.
• It is a good program. If you stick to it. My problem with it is keeping up with it, after like week 1 I skip a day or two then by week 3 or 4 I'm not even doing it anymore... almost wish i had someone to workout with me or someone to talk about it with that wont judge lol
• That is an awesome goal. Great phone btw :) Hope you succeed and get there before summer so you dont get discouraged along the way.
• Mine is open, but I dont really eat very well and since no one is questioning my eating habits or commenting on the junk I eat, I just keep eating and logging lol when I remember to log that is. This week is cabbage soup diet so we'll see how that goes with not cheating.
• Yea they never checked the blood sugar on me either. They just did a pap smear and then looked at certain patterns and discovered I had it. They were willing to put me on medications but did not say which ones, but if i were to take the medications then at that point they would run blood tests to see how much dosage of…
• I think it all depends on the person and habbits. I got married and gained weight, I have reached a plateau in gaining. Never went past 190. Although now at 173 and trying to get to 150.
• I also have PCOS and problems losing weight. You may want to see if he has something that can help you. My doctor offered me some pills for hormones, as well as some pills to help with weight... stupid me didnt take em though and losing my health insurance in Jan i think. I was thinking of trying the Cabbage Soup Diet next…
• Not sure what type of phone you have but there is an app in the Android Market called "Diet2Go" It has a lot of the popular diets you see people doing, and if you pick a diet it tells you what to eat each day, how much and everything. It will even make a shopping list based off the diet you choose so that you dont have to…
