I was terrible last night. I met my neighbor for one quick drink, and we ended up closing down the bar five martinis and a half bottle of wine later.... I did complete a killer workout at the gym prior and then completely forgot about dinner because I was too happy sipping, so my calories were under.

I just joined and could definitely use some buddies. It will be great motivation to workout and hit my calorie goals knowing that others can see whether I do or not! Thanks for starting this thread!

Hey, party people! I think I've found my group. I've been bouncing between the same ten pound range for a decade. Basically, I drink too much and hit 160, freak out and go dry and workout-obsessed for a week or two until I'm under 150, then feel awesome and go out to celebrate my newfound hot body by drinking too much.…
