  • I do. The only things I don't are lemon/lime juice in my seltzer water and Orbit gum (usually I only chew that when I'm about to play clarinet and I didn't have an opportunity to brush my teeth beforehand).
  • This time I don't mind at all, I even made a Facebook page where I post a picture of my scale every week. Previously, though, I would keep it to myself (mostly).   • I'm fortunate that although I live with my mother she eats reasonably healthily and we each buy our own food (and like different things) so the worst temptations I usually have in the house would be something like dried dates (sweet but caloric).   • I love peanut butter but it's just too energy dense for my diet. I'd rather not buy it than easily overeat on it.
