Hello Team... My SW is 223 lbs. My challenge of the week is doing stairs for 30 minutes as a workout, I have done stairs before but on a walk for a while and then do a set. So I want to amp it up a little and do it for 30 minutes without stopping. GO TEAM PURPLE!!!

Like a lot of people said, The soup looks delicious but would NOT eat it for a week even if it meant loosing 50 pounds cause I don't want to eat soup for the rest of my life :happy:

I feel the same way, I have a hard time getting up to what they recommended for me... but I don't go and add unhealthy to bring it up cause that just seems to defeat the purpose. I am not saying that I eat all healthy but what I mean is that I won't add a burger just to reach my day limit.

I just think that you might not be ready to do it... I have been wanting to loose weight for as long as I can remember but like you didn't want to stop eating my burgers with all the fixings and hey if I wanted a double whopper who was anybody to say that it wasn't good for me?!
