I try to have a bad day once a week purposely. This helps with my weight loss, even if I dont want junk food I make myself eat it. I'm on a 1200 daily intake program and I usually eat 2500 on my bad day. this shocks your body and keeps burning fat.

Depending on how long you have worked out for 2 times a week......you may be use to this I would strive for 3-5 times a week at 30min to 60 min of exercise!!! DO NOT go under 1200 calories this will throw your body into starvation mode!!

I always make sure I have a bad day EVER week. Doing this, it tricks your body because if you eat healthy all the time it will store all the fat it can because it knows its not getting any by pigging out one day a week your body thinks it is still getting fat and removes it. Drink lots of WATER on bad days!!

I always have this problem as well. I usually eat around 900 to 1100 calories. I find it really hard to eat my calories for the day without going over on fat or sugars. I usually burn 350 calories on the elliptical for 25 min and when I go on my treadmill it is usually less for the same amount of time. I can only go on the elliptical for so long though cause i get bored than I switch over to the treadmill. Hope that helps!

EAT LOTS OF PROTEIN!!!! COTTAGE CHEESE 1%, OATMEAL, YOGURT, CHICKEN, PROTEIN BAR, watch the fat content in the protein bar though!! This helps me a lot you can also view my food diary if you like!!
