No judgement! I used to eat the hot cocoa powder as a kid and in college for a quick sweet treat.
-
I have to destroy things I can't handle too. I will dump things completely in the trash to get rid of them.
-
I have a serious problem with this too. I can control what I buy and bring in my house, but when people bring in baked goods or yummy stuff from outside I have a hard time saying no. I am also working on building up my willpower again. I used to just say no and walk away or I would tell myself it was old, you didnt know…

I enjoy Designer Whey. It mixes easy in water and milk/almond milk. The flavors are good and not too sweet or chalky. Also, it has no artificial sweeteners or flavors. I am very happy with all the flavors I have tried so far. Also, it's very affordable. I buy it from Trader Joes or Amazon. About $1 a serving.

I wouldn't worry about bulking up unless you are lifting a lot and actually trying to bulk. People that have big muscles don't get them by chance. I just got "Designer Whey: Chocolate" today and it's really good! 18g protein for 100 calories. I have tried a lot and hated them all, this is the first one I have liked.

I have 2 main go to breakfasts. Refrigerator oats with whatever fruit I have on hand or a multigrain waffle with pb and honey

Ignore them. I would respond by saying you are completely healthy and you would never make remarks about their weight thick or thin.

Peanut Butter. I love it!

Hi there I am 25 and here are my goals HW: 242 CW: 194 GW: 150ish I am working on getting fit because I want to look better in clothes, feel more self confident and when I get older I dont want to have all the health problems my parents and grandparents have. Feel free to add me. Write something in the message though :)

I work on saying "No" or I tell myself I am allergic to it, or I saw a bug on it, or I heard people got sick from it. Childish, but it works. I also make sure to carry a snack, apples, almonds, carrot sticks, etc. Sometimes I tell myself "how will that help you reach your goal?" and it's been working.
-
Awesome! I am looking for friends who log too! Feel free to add me!
-
Protein, hot tea and lots of water. Apples fill me up too.
-
Yep. I am so pale. People stop to ask me if I am alright. If I sit in the sauna it's even worse!
-
I took them for a bit in high school and college. There's definitely a crash. I second the B vitamins. When I take mine I am much more energized.

I think a lot of it is that people just love carbs. Bread is an easy thing to cut out. I know that I personally have a problem with bread. I love it and have a hard time not eating 10 peices of naan, garlic bread, toast, dinner rolls, etc. Some people just stay away from it. I did notice that I lost weight faster when I…

Don't waste your time with this topic folks. The OP doesn't seem to want help and will only insult your reply. I hope you didn't waste your time reading 7 pages of this like I just did.

They are both about the same. Choose which one you like based on flavor. I choose which one I am using based on how it will go with what I am cooking. I do tend to overeat white rice though because it's just so darn good.
-
I was being a bit dramatic, yes. But thanks. I might start cutting off 25% of what my HRM says now.
-
Great, now I am confused and scared to use my HRM for Zumba, Running, Circuit Training and HIIT. Has it all been a LIE?
-
My favorite is using Trader Joe's Balsamic Glaze. It's thick and sticks to your lettuce when you shake it up. Also you dont have to use that much because it's so intense in flavor.
-
Turkey and Cheese Sandwhich! My absolute favorite packed lunch. Or Yogurt with granola and berries. Snacks could be wheat thins and hummus, green peppers, carrots, strawberries, 2 tbsp of PB Lots of water and I always carry almonds with me! Try Emerald Nuts Cocoa Roast or Cinnamon Roast to switch it up.

This makes me want to do 30DS, but I get so bored working out at home when I have a big beautiful gym to go to!

I feel I have this to an extent, always thinking about what you are going to eat next, and my mother suffers with food addiction. I would reccomend a nutritionist and a good therapist. They will help you find coping mechanisms and routines that will help with your addiction. Also maybe writing down a list of what you have…

I would be eating 1200 regardless of what you burn unless you are a tiny person that needs very little calories.
-
This sounds like a serious trolling.
-
If you're fine with it, calories are calories. There's definitely nothing wrong with lean protein. I personally would add veggies.
