This might not be helpful, but you can literally throw anything in the crock pot. I put chicken in with a small amount of water and seasonings, then chop it up and add bbq, when I come home from work and we have chicken bbq for dinner and lunches. I make small goals for myself every month. This month it's to lose 3 lbs and make sure I am doing weights at least 2 times a week along with my cardio. Every month I make a new goal and tape it to my desk. Goals I have made are "Walk/Run/Elliptical/Bike 25 miles" or "Eat in every night this week". I tend to like baby goals…

Well, for a quick change in appearance maybe not weight, I would cut out all carbs, all sugar and all fruit. You might be grumpy the first few days, but it will be ok. While you cannot spot reduce, I have noticed my armpit fat and "bye bye fat" shrink a lot just from cardio, lifting 2-3 times a week and weight loss. It will come. I do a lot of tricep weight lifting though!

I second the natural PB toast! I eat it almost every morning before work. Quick and easy, high protein and low sugar. You can jazz it up with a banana on top, sugar free jam, honey and cinnamon.. you name it. Perfect breakfast.

I only feel guilty when I go over my calorie goals because I ate extra stuff that was stupid and I wasnt supposed to eat anyways. If I want a hamburger really bad, I am going to let myself have it. If I deprive myself for too long, I get really cranky.

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight right now is 150. I am about 208 now and I still have a big belly. My whole family is heavy set and stockier build people. I will reassess when I get closer to my goal weight. I'm really just looking forward to getting into the 100's sometime in the next few months.

If you have to go. Get something that's not terrible and then box up half to go home right as you get your plate. Then you will only eat half of it.

Go with a crap ton of water and a water pill. However, I dont suggest using water pills often!

Just do whatever works for your body. I have to force myself to eat because I am a teacher. If I don't eat before school, I'm going to be starving between when the kids get to school and when they have lunch. I can't really stop to eat ever in the classroom. Do that works for you.

I do, but it doesnt make me feel terrible for the rest of the day if I am a little bit up. I just like to see how the body fluctuates and it helps me stay on track eating wise. Sometimes I weigh every day, sometimes once a week. If it puts bad thoughts in your brain, like it does my mom, take the batteries out!

Maybe you are losing, but replacing with muscle so it's not going to show right away. That said, you need to try to drink half of your body weight in oz.s every day! At least try!

If I feel particularly backed up I will eat 2-3 apples throughout the day. That or 1-2 apples and lots of broccoli at dinner. Does the trick.
