Congrats on your first half! What an amazing time too!! I ran my first half this year as well and couldn't walk for 3 days! lol Although I think I'm in the best shape of my life to do a full, I just can't pull the trigger! Wishing you the best in '14 with your full!!

I'm 5'6". My goal is 123-127.

At 5'7" 125-130 should be a perfect weight. Willl it be noticeable, probably not to the outside world, but will be by you. I would suggest you up your calories to about 1500, eat fairly clean, and hit the weights. Let your body decide the perfect weight and don't go by the # on the scale.

I had 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup cottage cheese & 1 egg. Blended together & fried. Then I topped it with sugar free syrup. 260 calories.

I actually marinate tilapia in a freezer bag with ff italian dressing & separately marinate red/yellow peppers in ff italian & crushed red pepper flakes (can marinate with the fish as well, but it's too hot for my young boys as they eat the fish). I hear ya! Once I hit 45 my weight loss has been a struggle. Good luck! You can do it! Just keep your head in it and surround yourself with supportive people. These are wonderful message boards offering a lot of support and motivation.

Well said @marycmeadows. You just have to make it a habit. I have a schedule that I stick to. Some days are definitely harder than others. Another thing that keeps me going is it really helps me control my weight gain. Just keep working at it.

I second the Couch to 5K. It's an awesome program! You can google it or let me know if you need help finding it. If you decide to do it, remember work at your own pace.
