Hi there :) I'm always happy to make new friends and share the journey!

Feel free to add me. I have an open diary and log everyday. More than willing to share the support! :D

Since I moved out of my parents' house my binge eating has curbed somewhat. If you don't buy it, you can't eat it.

I put in what I'm having for dinner whilst on my lunch at work! I like seeing what I'll have left for treats :)

Monday mornings for me too. Strangely I'm more of a Monday person and find that it gives me motivation for the week. I get a print out of my weigh in (50 pence from Boots (UK)) and keep them all where I can see them. It is a great motivator but I try not to let weight consume me. It's about how I look and feel :)

Ayup from Nottingham! :)

As said above - compensating only leads into a cycle. If I know I'm going to have a binge, I just enjoy it and take the next day as a new day. I don't over exercise or eat too little the next day as this isn't the way to go imo.

This thread makes my tummy rumble. Tonight we have salmon in a red Thai seasoning served with boiled rice, spinach and peppers. Nom.

Tonight we had baked cod fillet with a difference. I poured lemon juice and a can of chopped tomatoes over the fish prior to baking. Served with steamed new potatoes and asparagus. Later ruined by a Crunchie and half a Creme Egg.

I really love olives but they aren't all that appropriate for desktop snacking. I've recently fell in love with popcorn though!

Good luck!
