  • I would like a buddy. Female 30 lbs i want to lose for the challenge then maybe another 5- 10 lbs I do cardio 6 times a week and then find other physical activities to do for the day and on my day off.

  • Not really sure about the "free" foods but I enjoy 1/2 cups cottage cheese 2% with sea salt (90 calories) and a large tomato (33 calories) as either a snack or meal. It is very filling and really is a lot of food and only 123 calories you can also add oyster crackers (about 40) for only 60 calories. Good luck I will check…
  • My June goal is to exercise 6 days a week and take one day off to prepare for the next weeks workout. My goal is to burn a minimum of 600 calories a day from exercise ( walking, slim in 6, swimming, etc...) My weight goal in June is to lose a minimum of 10 pounds. Good luck to you all!
