Off to Rhodes for two weeks on 1st September. Of course, I'll be spending most of the time in the hotel gym. Yeah right!! On the beach more likely. I do always go and have a look at the gym when I'm away though. Haven't managed to get over the threshold yet mind you. Maybe this time?

He did fantastically. I was lucky enough to be there to watch him win the bronze medal. The noise and the atmosphere in the Aquatics Centre was absolutely amazing. Had a sore throat from all the cheering and shouting. Totally brilliant experience!

Don't worry too much about it. I think we all have days like that. When I do, it just makes me even more determined to get the weight off and to keep my eye on the prize. I also think it is good to have the occasional bad day (if that makes sense!). Persevere and you'll get to your target.
