I like the fact that my body has all working parts- I love that my body cooperated when I walked three 1/2 marathons in one year at age 58. I love my arms when I kayak! I love my knees when they cooperate and let me get out of the kayak without needing a hand!

Get to know yourself so that it becomes second nature to want to care for yourself which includes making better food choices and exercising. Education about nutrtion can be very helpful. You may come out with some new ideas that work for you. Concentrate on taking care of yourself regardless of what someone else said. Good…

yes, Rodney Yee AM yoga is great- it has five 20 minute workouts to try. Different categoies like standing poses, twists etc. You can find it on Amazon. I also like Yoga-Fit DVD's by Beth Shaw- also on Amazon. Good luck starting Yoga again!
