Yes you will lose weight. I did the 30 day shred last year. I lost the weight fast but I did not have that much to lose. I am very active but in the winter I always put on extra pounds. I walk everyday and the best sneakers I have found to be are the NIKE shox. I have tried other sneakers and these were the most comfortable. I have had many pairs of them and they are in my opinion the best sneakers. I also wear them to work out. I hope they work for you.
