Those are great ideas! I've had my Fitbit for a couple of week and while I really love it, I have a desk job (IT) and its hard to get up from it. Majority of my activity comes in the evening after work so I'm trying to change this up. Thanks for the tips!!!!!!!

I'm in, I started week 3 of Insanity today. Day 15 Fit Test... Wow, big difference in strength but weight went up 6 pounds. Hoping it starts coming back down. I'm tracking food and water now as I'm thinking I'm not eating enough.
