omg you are me! i am also 5'1'' and i was 135 when i graduated high school. i am currently 164.4 lbs! i look at food and i gain like crazy lol and i am always making excuses. heres hoping we can both fight through it and be our goal weights again. i tried the c25k last year (when i was super serious about everything before my depression REALLY hit hard) and i ended up hurting my legs because i pushed myself too hard. i am definately going to try it again once i build up a routine though :)

i definately could start there. i did give up soda once. i went a whole year without it. lol i even had dreams about drinking soda i missed it so much. now i have a mountain dew almost every time i work ( i work at save a lot) i could stop getting those. :) good advice. :)

thank you all for your responses. the thing is, is i didnt want to be on medication in the first place. i was desperate. i honestly feel that the 4 months i was on it it really affected my memory and thinking. I have a very hard time concentrating now and i get confused so easily. im trying to do this without medicine…
