finished level 1 day 6 today! it was much easier as far as i could tell. then only modifications i *purposefully* did was i had to take a break on the first set of jump ropes because they were KILLING my knees, and i skipped a few arm raises on the side lunges. cant wait to see how easy day 10 is. you all are making me…

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I may end up doing it how its supposed to be. It all depends on how i feel after day 10. Lol. Right now im using 3lb weights. I have 5 lb weights but im waiting to use those. :)

your doing it right. :) its your total consumed for the whole day AFTER workouts. my problem was i wasnt even to 1200 and was wondering if i should work out wich would have brought my total even lower.
