  • I love wine and when I have it I often over indulge so I switched to light beer and only have one or two.
  • I want carbs in the morning too so I have them. wheat toast with almond butter and half of a banana. I try and cut back on carbs with the other two meals.
  • I would like to join. I would like to lose 15-20 pds. Doing a balanced 1200 calories diet the last 2 days (with one Corona light most days:). I want something that includes all food groups and that I can sustain. Need to be disciplined! Need support. I've been trying to lose these same pounds for 8 years. Kim
