I'm 225 and about to start week 3. I was not in shape or doing any kind of regular exercise before insanity but I do what I can and I can already feel the difference in my endurance. I love it, just listen to shawn t about oushing yourself, but also to take a break if you need to.

Hopping on board here. Week 2 day 5 for mw today, I've been discouraged by gaining on the scale but it sounds like a common thing the first few weeks. Anyone else in this group going thru this?

May I join in? I found out I'm pg with baby #2 (Due Aug 31st 2012). Just recently lost 45 lbs before I got pregnant so I'm really hoping not to gain it all back. I gained almost 50 with my first (and i was overweight to start with!)

I'm 5'8" and am aiming for 150 right now. will adjust if needed when i get there. I was 135 in highschool (working out 3.5 hours a day). don't think iLd be able to maintain that now!

Wow, I thought I was the only one who felt this way. I'm 5 8 and am down 26.6lbs and am not seeing the difference! Glad to know there are others out there who are in this boat with me!

I get a cheat meal once a week instead of a whole day. I track my breakfast/lunch/snack, but that meal doesn't make it onto there. But I've found myself bringing home half of my meal when I used to devour the entire plate. Major NSV for me!

To add to this,: Whenever I am going to cook a meal I always make lots of extra. When I put it in the fridge I portion it out into individual servings. That way when i'm on my way to work I just grab one tupperware instead of having to try and divide it up when I'm in a rush. I buy a watermelon once a week or so and have…
