I totally get tape worm days. It's usually on a rest day after a couple of consecutive workout days. It's like the hungry (tapeworm) takes 24 hours to catch up with me or something. I just get voraciously hungry.

There are a lot of different things that can cause a woman to miss her period. Low weight/body fat is one of them, but don't stress... check with your doc, and hopefully things will be flowing smoothly again soon! Cheers!

I, too, have giant calves. Giant. They've always been giant. When I'm heavier, they don't carry much fat, but are still giant; when I am thinner, they are still giant. I don't like BMI as an indicator of "healthiness," either. My fitness mentor, who teaches fitness 4+ hours per day, 6 days per week, has a BMI that falls in the "overweight" category. 1/4 to 1/3 c almond or rice milk (depending on the mug I'm using) and 1/2 T agave nectar, or liquid stevia (about 4 drops). Unless it's Dark Matter coffee, in which case I drink it black, no sugar.

As a lady, ToM can also cause big fluctuations throughout the month... I gain usually 5-7 lbs during the day, and an additional 2-5 during ToM.

i'm with you on the veggie bulking thing. I bulk almost everything I eat with spinach and/or broccoli. If I eat pasta, it's both. Great idea about the walking, though!! Now that the weather is nice, I'd like to start doing it too! Maybe we can have a walking phone date (since we're in the same time zone, right?)?
