Hang in there! I just did l2d1;and was able to do a real push-up after doing only modified in level 1...and I am 52 and was so out of shappe...I love to hate 30DS:smooche. ETA meant "shape"

Hem tape...the fusible type that you apply with an iron is easy and holds up well. I use it all the time.
