Day 3 complete! Yay all of us!!!! I use 5 pound weights for everything but the anterior raises...for that I use 3lbs, but I think I am going to get bigger weights for the chest flys...It seems to only feel like a stretch for me, so I think I need heavier weights for those.

I use my hrm and log about 333, but I'm a lot fatter than you guys :0 Y'all should take some BEFORE pics, so at the end we can show our AFTERS!

Thank you so much! I know we all can do it!!! The rebounder really helped me last night with the jumping jacks, and the buut kicks..ugh, I forgot about those butt kicks....What's the 30 day squat?? Sounds tempting...

I would love to be part of this challenge. I've got to stick with some sort of exercise program. I will start the 30DS tonight and add it with my 30 minutes on the treadmill :) I have never made it to day 10. Not because I'm sore, but because I am lazy!!! The jumping jacks killed my ankles the last time I tried it, so this…
