It was the least painful of anything i've done. I got it first, then my nose, cartledge (not with a piercing gun, but needles) and two tattoos. It feels more like a pinch then is sore for a few days.

When I use to have that problem I would drink more water and eat alittle more because I was working out so much more.

I am 5'8 1/2. I have a large frame (my wrist is 6 3/4) and I am currently 193, SW 206. I am trying to get down 170ish or so.

baby spinach and greek yogurt. I usually have the same lunch m-f. Turkey sandwich, carrots, salad (spinach and ff italian), and string cheese.

I thought that too. When I stepped on a scale I was expecting 190ish, but I got 206.6 intead. I was shocked, but it has most def given me alot of motovation. I almost to 190 now :D Only 2 1/2 more pounds! :D

I would say yes. Fridays is my worst diet day, I always go way over, but I almost lose the most when I weigh in the next day (I weigh myself every day). On friday I work at a school 7-3 (I am student teaching) then go to my normal job 330-11. Especially because Fridays are test days and I am circling the room alllllll day…

I have lost 11.6 pounds so far this month!! I also met my first minigoal early! Annnnd I am out of the obese BMI range! :happy:

You can either just make yourself do it lol or work on it progressively. To work on it bit by bit try going to bed 30 mins earlier than normal and waking up 30 mins earlier. Something that may help you sleep is meletonin. I use to take it when I was trying to get back on track (I went from closing all the time to opening).…

I share mine. My breakfasts are always pretty plain lol. I either have cereal and fruit, oatmeal and fruit, or cheesy scrambled eggs with ham and a V8 lol

The Fiber Plus chocolate peanut butter is really good or a really good sub, that I use is the Atkins Endulge bars. I have the ones that taste like snickers lol. Its the carmel nut chocolate one.

I feel the same way! I am trying ot lose atleast fifty pounds and it just seems like so much. You will find alot of support on here!

How long have you been doing the 5-6 meals? I was super hungry for about a week and half before I got use to the smaller portions. I was a heavy eater too.

I lost alot when I use to go to Curves. The one around here shut down :( I have been on this site alittle over two weeks and it has really helped.

Today is semi exciting! I have a PDS (professional development seminar) to learn about the semester before I start student teaching on monday. The only down part is I won't have much time to work out today since its an 9 hour event with almost an hour drive time both ways :(

I am from the coast. We went to Vicksburg over the summer for a vacation. I loved it up there. I hate the heat and hurricanes lol. I am moving more north in a couple of years, where its a bit cooler lol
