I know exactly what you are going through. I did my last two years of undergrad. Now I only work a million hours a week (I do alot of at home work to prep) and ones masters class! Its hard, but very do able lol I lost 15lbs when I was doing both.

Im 24 and from your neighboring state...MS, so I know all about the food. I am also a teacher, which the stress makes me always want to eat lol I will add you!

I would like to be a 9/10. I remember being a 12 in high school and missing that now lol

I had a customer at work (I work at a grocery store) come to me and ask me what I have been doing. I looked at him really confused at first lol, then he went on to say that I looked like I lost a good 20lbs or more. I had only lost 16-18 at the time. It wasnt one of hte normal customers either (the ones in every day)

breakfast 630-7 snack 9-10 lunch 11-1 (depending if I am in a classroom or at reg. work) snack 2-4 dinner 5-6 maybe a small snack around 7 or 8, but its usually green tea from starbucks

I will have either greek yogurt or a fiber one bar and also with fruit. It is only like 200 cals (140 if vanilla greek yogurt and a 30 cal bag of apples or 20 grapes)

It sound like what I get, shin splints. I am working my way into running. I walk around a track and walk most of it (its .4 miles a lap at 4 mph) and then I will job the last little part of it. After every lap or two I stop and stretch my calves. It has helped alot. I don't get the pain any more and now I am having to do…

baby carrots or almonds for chips :D Endulge aktins bars for candy bars (they have one just liek snickers) Greek yogurt for breakfast!

When I dont eat PB and J's (I eat them alot for breakfast too) I eat the dannon vanilla greek yogurt. If I dont work out I will have fruit or a granola bar with it or if I do I will also eat a 100 cal pack of almonds.

I wiegh daily but only record on a week or every other week. I use it a "yay good job" or as motovation if the scale moved up.

I dont bloat, but I drink alot of water. I drink 12-16 cups a day lol

I like shred it with wieghts. It kicks my butt!

I've had that happen before with other medicine. I forgot what it was...I was trying to find the right meds and switched around alot lol. It took twice as much to make the weight come off. I am taking a break from med's to see if I can do it the natural way lol...if tahts possible

I have sub-ed walking for smoking when I get stressed. The first thing i use to always think about was a cig when I was uber stressed, even a few months after I quit. I quit back in Nov. and it is part of the reason I ended up on here. I gained a ton of wieght.

We do it twice a week at the school I am student teaching at. I am going to buy it after graduation lol. I LOVE it!

Zumba and walking. Also, vidoes are really great. If you live near a goodwill you can find them for only a dollar of two.

When did you begin? I know when I first switch over to my diet I was really tired all the time. I traded in soda for water and the lack of caffinee about killed me.

The atkins endulge bars are pretty good and low cal. They run about the same calories as a nutrigrain bar.

Yes,the same thing happens to me. Last week I hit 189.8 and I didnt hit it again until today.

I weigh in everyday but only record it once a week. I just look at what it says and walk away. I use the days I have gained as extra motovation lol If I have lost its a huge moral boost!
