Personally I have found that yoga has been the best for full body toning overall. In my Tae Kwon Do days, which involved a lot of jumping and bouncing, the only solution I could find was to wear my regular bra underneath a sports bra. Between the two they minimized the movement side to side and up and down. The only problem besides extra laundry was the aforementioned uniboob. LOL

I am also diabetic, diagnosed 11 years ago-- so far I have been able to manage my diabetes with diet, exercise, and minimal medication. I really hope to stay as healthy as I can for as long as I can! :smile:
