To replace the crunchy chips, I now eat special K cracker chips. 20 yummy crunchy chips for 80 cals. If that doesnt cut it, where else can you double to 40 chips for only 160 cals. Super food.

It is a life saver......... I am highly allergic to pork, so for me to get any kind of satisfaction having just a nice bacon and eggs breakfast, it works great for me. So yay to the turkey bacon makers........lol

I am 47, 5'2" and goal weight was 130. now that I am there just another 5lbs would be great. The problem is that after that 5 lbs, is it going to be just another 5 lbs. So in come the weights because at 125lbs I should be ecstatic.

I use it for almost everything , and then you really can eye the calories or the portion you need. Its amazing how wrong you are sometimes for the amount your eating and actually how many calories it is. I was anal at first now not so much. worth every penny

eating under your calories is not going to help you lose the weight . its not enough fuel to workout . you might go down a pound or two but a few days later it will be back. patience is key. I"ve beem working on my last 10 pounds for 6 months . it will come

my only suggestion is to eat super clean and dont eat your exercize calories back

I didn't go that far back to see that your hardly even eating your 1200 cal. or your exercise cals. walking that much requires fuel. log on your macronutrients your sodium.

welcome. you could add some kind of cardio and do it on alternate days. \you could also lift some free weights starting out slow. strength training is fabulous for your body shape.

as everyone else said. you are not eating enough food, and you aren't eating enough right foods.

try some ground flax seed in juice or just water, it usually helps. unless you have diverticulitus then dont take flax seed

are you drinking water and not logging it. cuz you dont show much water intake.
