  • Did you ever get the steps to sync? I connect Samsung Health with no problems (gave full permission(, syncs exercise and when I go to setting-steps on MFP, Get a constant error and no options for Samsung Steps, or any step tracker for that matter.
  • I've done a full rotation of PiYo and have been looking to do the exact same thing. I will let you know if I do find one.
  • I thought I added myself to this thread....but apparently my brain wasn't working that day :) Glad for the friend adds.
  • I used it for quite a few months, but honestly, at that time, it had a lot of sugar content. Not sure they changed it or not since then, but the cost is what I also consider high, unless you are a coach and getting it at a reduced rate. Of which you are paying a monthly fee for that. So...it's got a good mix of healthy…
  • Me too! I'm not good all the time, but this helps to see the "whys" lol! The more friends the better!
  • I have a whole PDF book that has lowfat crockpot recipes. It also has WW points. Here's the link I put on Beachbody a couple years ago. http://www.teambeachbody.com/connect/message-boards/-/message_boards/message/214417518?_19_delta=20&_19_keywords=&_19_advancedSearch=false&_19_andOperator=true&cur=1 If that doesn't work,…
  • I have problems with the ball of my feet going numb after about 15 mins. (a mimick of diabetes symptom) so I have to get plenty of support. These shoes do help alot! Thanks!
  • My last pair were ASIC's 260 TR's and they lasted forever! I'd thought about getting another pair, and I see they have them in black, so I should go with what I know works. You just reconfirmed that. Thanks!
  • I did Turbo Jam for 3 yrs. Yep, it's that good. I lost weight and inches doing it. I'm not so good with following diet plans to the T, and still tones up. It's a little frustrating in the beginning just getting down the moves, but after a cpl times you will love it. Great music in both programs. turbo Fire is a little more…
  • Can't wait to see what you think! I've got two more days and I'm finished. Hope you like it as much as I did :)
  • I was finding my feet going numb after about 15 mins on the treadmill, so I switched to the elliptical. Man, got my heart rate up more and it's more gentle on my bladder that's had two surgeries. Don't let it fool you that it's not a workout.
  • Hi, It kind of depends what you like in exercise dvd's. I'm one that anymore I want to get in and get out. I've done many, but I guess here would be my top three: Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam - I really like all of her workouts. They are alot of punching and kicking, average time 30-45 mins. I whilttled my waist with these…
  • Well, I've done both and honestly I would think they both will be hard on an ankle. I'd say myself...I really like TuboFire because it had alot shorter workouts and I got the same burn as Insanity. I'm a kinda "get in and get out" person.
  • A girlfriend and I just ordered it too! Can't wait to see what you think!
  • It's interesting to see this many people with the same problem. I'd tried, different sock, shoes, lacing differently, etc. and searched the internet to find no answer that took care of it. You know what? I had a cousin after having the same conversation tell me she finally was diagnosed with and myself too with "neropathy"…
